I've been meaning to order from ELF for ages - i've read so many reviews so last week I finally ordered a few things. I took advantage of their birthday offer of free shipping and a free Super Glossy Lip Shine. Delivery times weren't too bad - I placed my order on Friday (27th) and got it on Tuesday (1st) which was really good especially as it was free.
Studio Complexion Brush (£3.50) - I don't have many big brushes as I mainly just use a couple for powder and blush so I thought this one would be useful. It's quite flat and really soft - I love the design of it as it looks quite expensive. I would definitely recommend the Studio brushes as they are great value for money.
Mineral LipStick in Natural Nymph (£3.50) - I ordered this as I saw a lot of people loved it and im a big fan of nude lips at the minute. I've been using Apple Blossom by Natural Collection but it doesn’t seem to last very long on my lips. I haven’t had the chance to try this properly yet so I will probably do a better review sometime soon. Im also hoping to get Gosh Darling if Superdrug ever has it in stock! I'll do a post comparing all three if I manage to get it :)
Studio Eyebrow Kit (£3.50) - I've wanted a brow kit for ages and this one is really affordable. I liked the look of Benefit Brow Zings but at £21.50 I thought it was a bit pricey. This one is a cheaper alternative and similarly comes in 3 shades so I ordered medium although I think it is quite dark. I would definitely recommend this as it is really easy to use and won’t break the bank!
Professional Tweezers (£1.50) - I wanted some new tweezers and thought these were a bargain for only £1.50. I haven’t tried them out yet but I think they will do just the same job as any other more expensive brand.
Super Glossy Lip Shine (Free - usually £1.50) - I got this free so I didn’t get to choose the shade - I think mine is 'Goddess' but it doesn’t say on the packaging and it’s hard to tell from the swatches on the website. It’s a dark gold colour (not something I would usually go for) but doesn’t look too bad when it’s on your lips. There are quite a few other colours in the range that I prefer as they are lighter shades. I found that it is quite sticky though and doesn’t seem to last long so I probably wouldn’t purchase it myself.
I'm really pleased with everything I ordered from ELF and im already planning my next order - are there any other ELF products you'd recommend?
you're so lucky you live in the UK. i've always wanted to try gosh darling. =*( please let me know how you like it!

I ordered the lippie too! Fab bits you got here, I'm curious about the brow kit too. I bought Darling just yesterday, and considering I hated Revlon's 'Nude Attitude' I fell head over feet for it - it's gorgeous, I like it lightly applied, so here's to hoping you get your hands on one soon!
