Primark, H&M and Make-Up Bank Holiday Shopping

You can't beat a bit of bank holiday shopping and I managed to brave the crowds and find some bargains that I thought i'd share today. As usual I bought some Primark jewellery and I also managed to find a Topshop style bag for less than £10 so keep reading for more photos!

H&M Black Sequin Bag - £5

I saw this H&M bag when it was full price (£9.99) but I didn't end up getting it as I thought it was a bit expensive as it is quite small. I saw it again today and there were only two left at half price so I had to have it! The photo makes it look huge but it only just fits my phone and purse in so it's probably something i'll use for parties when I don't want to carry too much!

H&M Earrings - £1.99

I love these H&M earrings and they're really good value as you get 6 pairs which is just as good as Primark. I love the little dragonflies, there is a matching charm necklace which I regret not buying. The backs on these earrings aren't very good though as they slip off really easily so this is something to consider if you're buying any H&M earrings as you might need to buy some spare backs!

NYC Starry Silver Glitter Nail Polish £1.99 and Famous by Sue Moxley E/S in Katherine Taupe £2

I bought this NYC glittery nail polish from Superdrug and it's such a big bottle for the price! It has blue and silver glitter in it and will look nice over summery colours or for wintery nail art. I'll probably do a Nail of the Day post soon to show how it looks. The Sue Moxley eyeshadow was in the Superdrug reduced section - I think it was £9 originally so it was a bargain for £2; i've been looking for some more neutral colours so this will be a nice addition to my collection and reminds me of Satin Taupe by MAC.

Primark Taupe oversized bag £9

I saw this Primark bag in Beth's recent post and loved it as it's big enough for all my books for college or for a weekend away. It looks similar to some more expensive ones in Topshop and New Look and has lots of room inside as well as a couple of extra pockets. I love oversized bags and this one also comes in baby pink and black too.

Primark Eiffel Tower Necklace - £1.50 and Primark Feather Bangle - £1.50

I love anything with the Eiffel Tower on so this Primark necklace was perfect. It's not the best quality and im not sure if I like the poodle charm but for the price I can't complain. I think i'll probably take the poodle charm off so it looks more like something you'd find in Accessorize. 

The peacock feather bangle is a bit different to the normal Primark jewellery that I buy but sometimes it's nice to try out new styles! I thought it would look nice with a pastel coloured top for summer and it was a bit of a bargain for just £1.50 and won't break the bank if I change my mind about it!
