Fyrinnae

I won a $15 Fyrinnae voucher in Emily's giveaway, thank you so much for introducing me to such a brilliant company Emily! I'd never heard of Fyrinnae before then, although im sure i'd probably seen a few posts on their products at some point. 

Here's a bit about them: 'Fyrinnae is not a "mineral" makeup company. We create unique cosmetics, all of which are vegan (this means no silk, carmine, pearl, beeswax, etc).'

Fyrinnae also offer other products such as lip lustres (Charlotte did a great review of them here), bronzers and finishing powders. My order took just over two weeks to arrive. The website said that it would take 22-28 business days to be created so I was expecting it to take a lot longer especially as it was coming from America. The package was wrapped really nicely and everything arrived safely with no damage.

So on to what I ordered: I chose one normal sized eyeshadow and three sample sizes so I could get a nice variety. I chose mainly wearable shades as I didn't want to buy colours that I wouldn't use much. I also got a free sample of 'Orangutan' which is a coppery red colour (the same shade as an Orangutan!).

Fyrinnae eyeshadows are really reasonably priced, a full sized eyeshadow is $5.90 (£3.85) and a sample is $2 (£1.30). Shipping is free on orders over $20 (£13) worldwide and smaller orders like mine are around $3.50 (£2.30). 

My favourites are Montalivet and Finnegan's Wake. I'd really recommend trying Fyrinnae eyeshadows as they have really good pigmentation with and without primer and all the shades are really unique. I'm looking forward to trying these out properly so I might do some face of the day posts soon.
