Pancake Day Inspiration

Pancake Day flavour ideas
[1] [2] [3] [4]

I love Pancake Day and this year i'm making the most of it as i'm giving up chocolate and sweet things for lent! I haven't decided which flavour i'm going to have; i'll probably end up having a few different ones as they all look so tasty! I normally go for either Orange or Lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar or something traditional like Maple syrup.

If anyone is on the look out for a good pancake recipe this one by The Pink Whisk is helpful and this one by Made With Pink also shows you how to make American Style Pancakes. I'd love to hear your flavour suggestions in the comments!

  13. I'm also giving up chocolate for lent, so we've just had a mini feast which actually only consisted of a toffee crisp as I didn't really fancy that much. Typical. In fact I think it was your previous post that firstly reminded me, and secondly inspired me to do this.
Good luck with your, and wish me luck with mine.

  14. I proud of you for resisting the chocolate eclair, I'm going to have to stay away from the cake section at Tesco coz I don't think I'd be able to resist theirs.
I keep getting tempted by the Creame Egg I failed to eat last night, but I've made it through today. I think I may have to ask my partner to hide it until Easter.
Blooming ek, I sound like an addict! Haha
