Maybe We Reached The Mountain Peak, And There's No More Left To Climb

.1. I've had such a busy week for once and it's so nice to look back on all the fun i've had! Not gonna lie, it's also been expensive and tiring but i'd happily do it all again! On Monday I went to Alton Towers; it was such a perfect day - the warm weather and water rides made a good match! I've only been once before and I didn't go on many rides but this time I went on all the big ones and as a complete adrenaline junkie I loved them all! I'd probably say my favourites were Oblivion and Air- definitely give them a go if you ever have the chance!

.2. On Tuesday and Thursday I met up with some friends I haven't seen in a while and it was nice to have a gossip and plan more meet ups for the rest of the summer. On Thursday we also went for a meal to Frankie and Benny's and did lots of shopping which was really good - I had Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni and then we shared a Cookies and Cream Explosion and a Cinnamon Waffle Crunch for dessert between the 3 of us. It's safe to say I was completely stuffed after all that food!

.3. Marley and Me is on Channel 4 tonight and i'm in two minds about watching it. It's the only film that has ever made me cry which proves what a total animal lover I am! It's a really good film though and I was thinking of getting on DVD so I might as well watch it :)

♥ A Few To Follow: Laura (don't think I could relate to her blog any more than I already do!) and Aqsa (so glad one of my favourite bloggers is back!)

♫ I'm currently listening to: Beyoncé - Start Over and Example - Stay Awake

  1. I've never been to Alton towers, really want to go though! I cannot wait for Marley and Me tonight! I saw it on the plane and had to stop watching because I felt like a total fool in tears! xxx

  2. I love Alton Towers, I've only been twice too but the rides aren't thrilling enough for my liking :(. There is only one ride that I can say actually made my stomach turn slightly, and that is De Ja Vu in Six Flags Magic Mountain, California... such a good theme park, I definitely recommend it!
I didn't cry at Marley and Me, is there something wrong with me? I'm going to have to watch it again to try and get a reaction out of me, I feel like I have no heart! Hahaha
Sounds like you had a lovely week:)

  3. Glad you've had such a good week :)
I haven't been to Alton Towers, or any theme park for such a LONG LONG time! I bet the weather was lush though, always helps.
I cry every time I watch Marley & Me, and also the Notebook. I'm a lot worse with films than I used to be, I cry at alot!
