I've been making the most of my opportunities to bake in the past few weeks as I know when I get to uni I won't be doing it very often! Here are a few photos of my creations which you'll be pleased to know I shared with my family! I've linked to the recipes under each one just in case you want to make them yourself.
.
Jam Tarts (I cheated and used ready made pastry)
Mini Flapjacks (I divided the mixture into cupcake cases as I didn't have a tin big enough)
This post makes me want to go and bake! The pictures are lovely, I think I may need to go and get some food after looking at them.
