Favourites: Beauty and Fashion

I haven't written a favourites post this year so this is a collective one of lots of the things i've been loving recently. One of the things I love about blogging is reading people's favourites as they often inspire me to make a purchase as well as stopping me from walking into shops and buying things that aren't worth the money. I don't think I could ever just go into Boots and buy a new mascara without having read a review like I did before I read blogs!
Roberto Cavalli Perfume. I got this for my birthday in September and I love it! I can't describe scents very well but it's such a nice perfume and I love the bottle design too. There are a few new Cavalli fragrances that have been released this year which i'm yet to try but if they're anything like this one I know i'll be treating myself to a bottle!

Essie Mint Candy Apple and Topshop Domestic Goddess. I have a really big nail polish collection so picking favourites is never easy. Both of these brands are my favourites as they dry quite quickly and have a really nice colour range to choose from. Topshop's Domestic Goddess is my go-to nail polish as you only need a couple of coats and it's a really unique colour that goes with everything.

Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara. This is a mascara that I keep going back to and i've repurchased it so many times. I know some people really don't like it but it makes my lashes look so much longer than other mascaras and it isn't too expensive if you buy it on offer which is always a bonus.

Carmex Moisture Plus in Peach. As much as I want to, i'm not the biggest lover of lipsticks as I can never find one that suits me. This is a nice alternative and makes your lips a bit brighter as well as stopping them from being dry in winter. I've just reached the bottom of my first tube so a re-purchase is in order as it will definitely be missed from my make-up bag when it runs out!

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Like a lot of other bloggers this is one of my favourites as it's super affordable and works really well. I've repurchased it so many times and I doubt i'll find anything as good for the same price.

I've had a lot of love for Topshop recently, I always thought everything they sold was overpriced but if you look properly there are some really nice things that are well worth the money. I've also noticed that a lot of other shops are getting more expensive so I feel like I can justify spending more on things i'll get a lot of wear out of!
Topshop Neppy T-Shirt. I've literally lived in this top since I bought it; it goes with everything so I tend to wear it with jeans and boots when i'm quickly getting ready for uni. Mine has been worn to death so i've bought another before it disappears off the website as it's definitely a must have basic for your wardrobe.

Topshop Snood. Possibly my favourite accessory has to be my Khaki Topshop Snood. I've worn it non- stop over winter as it goes really well with almost everything I wear and it's warm too. Although it was pricey at £18 it was worth it and i'll be wearing it for as long as I can get away with or at least until the weather gets a bit better!

H&M Leather Jacket. This is the only jacket I wore last year and I love how it goes with everything and actually keeps me at least a little bit warm. It wasn't too expensive and now i've worn it in a bit it's really easy to throw on with any outfit. I have purchased a similar leather jacket from Miss Selfridge as I was desperate for something with a hood. I've been wearing it a lot while it's been snowing but once the weather gets better i'm sure my H&M one will be getting a lot more wear.
