I love Zanna's recipes for healthier treats and thought i'd share the chocolate chip oat cookies I recently made. They were really easy to make and didn't take long which is always a winner and they're great if you're craving chocolate!
All you need are oats, stevia, an egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
I adapted the recipe slightly and added a tbsp of Agave Nectar and a tbsp of Almond Butter instead of the Stevia as I didn't have any and they still tasted amazing! The only thing i'd change is to make them slightly smaller as they ended up being quite big and took a bit longer in the oven than the recipe suggested.
If you're looking for a healthier alternative to cookies then this is a really easy option that is full of healthy fats and a lot less sugar! You can find the recipe and lots of others by clicking here.
